Ace Hotel

We’ll be welcoming in la nouvelle année this year at Ace Hotels with style, and hopefully with you.
In Palm Springs at Ace Hotel & Swim Club, we’re hosting four days of wine, wo/men and song with guest DJs, live bands (all events are free to all) and two feasts. Saturday night, we’ll be rolling out a repast the likes of which you ne’er have seen before (even as we speak our celebrated head chef Craig Mattox is weeping with joy as he refines the menu), and Sunday morning Kiesha hosts a Jazz Brunch with all the classics, both musical and edible, and a few delightful curveballs. And don’t let us fail to mention that it’s slated to be in the 70s through the new year in Palm Springs. Take off your scarf, gloves, neck warmer and built in whiskey flask and google it — we don’t lie.
Andy Rourke of The Smiths joins us New Year’s Eve at Ace Hotel New York, accompanied by DJ Huggy Bear and a very special surprise guest DJ in the lobby. The Breslin, The John Dory and the lobby bar are offering up big time delicacies as well as special champagne menus and an inventive roster of cocktails, with a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. The festivities will rage on at least four hours into the new year and it’ll be even warmer than Palm Springs in the lobby, especially if your hot self is there.
If you want something a little more chill, get away to Ace Portland or Seattle for the new year. There’s plenty to do including amazing food and events around town, but we recommend just ordering some Veuve Clicquot and making maximal use of your room with someone you really like.
