Our friend Kari Morris of The Armory Show dropped off this bottle of Ginger Syrup. She and her brother Tyler produce it in small delicious batches at Morris Kitchen. Ours is #24 of 100. Tyler, coincidentally, is also one of the chefs at The Breslin. This family has quite a palette for both art and food. It’s not really fair. Our favorite way to savor the syrup so far is with ice cold sparkling water. Next up, our own version of the Dark and Stormy.
