We’re happy to say that The Theatre at Ace Hotel, formerly the historic United Artists Theatre, opens soon. We’ve been lovingly and meticulously restoring the place, and on Valentine’s Day we’ll be swinging the doors open with a performance of arguably the greatest break-up album of all time: Spiritualized’s Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space.
It’s a landmark moment for all involved. The group revisits the iconic album in all of its gospel splendor with a 30-piece orchestra and choir, performing the show for the first time since 2010’s now-legendary revival at Radio City Music Hall — and for the first time ever on the West Coast. We couldn’t think of a more fitting way to welcome the world to our new home.
The Theatre opens in the historic Broadway Theatre District next door to Ace Hotel Downtown Los Angeles, opening January 6 with a handful of rooms available to book now.
Pre-sale tickets for Spiritualized will be available to Ace’s A-List subscribers this Wednesday, December 18, with sales to the public beginning on Thursday. More information and tickets can be found at acehotel.com/theatre.
