The Mast Brothers are roasting cacao beans in Williamsburg, NY, and Stumptown Coffee at Ace Hotel New York mixes their chocolate with Red Hook-roasted espresso and Hudson Valley milk to make mochas. According to New York Times Magazine, “it’s the most carefully (and locally) sourced, intricately made drink you can have outside a cocktail bar.”

The Selby took pictures at the Mast Brothers Chocolate factory.
