Right before we rolled off on our coastal caravan, we got a tour from Charlie Bishop at the Pendleton factory in Oregon. Pendleton is over 100 years old. But Charlie is not. Pendleton makes blankets for Ace Hotel, and they make the best damn flannel shirt you’ll ever find.
